Shipping Policy

Shipping Areas
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Fragile & Valuable Items
Many of our items are antiques or fragile tableware. We take extra care in packaging to ensure safe delivery. For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
For lost packages, please reach out to the carrier first using your tracking number. If additional support is needed, contact us at hello@odohome.us

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipments may incur additional shipping charges.
